I teach a variety of yoga styles including vinyasa, restorative, yin, pre/postnatal yoga, chair yoga and mat pilates. Depending on your needs and goals our classes can blend these styles as well as incorporate therapeutic or corrective exercises to address what is going on for you.

Yes! To see long term results, I recommend working together for a minimum of 3-6 months but we can do 1 class so that you can see how it feels and how we work together or even a couple of classes to learn things you can do on your own.

We can hold privates outdoors at a local park, studio or virtually.
