Hi, I’m Cassie!
I’m an E-RYT 200 Yoga Instructor, Mat Pilates Teacher, and Perinatal Corrective Exercise Specialist. Since 2013, I’ve had the joy of working with a wide range of students across studios, businesses, schools, gyms, festivals, and private homes.
My passion for pelvic health began before the birth of my daughter, in 2019 when I started experiencing pelvic floor issues myself — including chronic UTIs and pelvic floor tension. At the time, the only advice I’d ever heard for pelvic health was to “do Kegels.” I had no idea that for many women (myself included), the problem wasn’t weakness, but tension — and that Kegels could actually make things worse.
That experience sparked a deep dive into understanding the core and pelvic floor. I trained under a pelvic floor physical therapist and discovered how intimately connected the pelvic floor is to every other part of the body. As I began speaking with more women—especially mothers—I realized how common core and pelvic floor dysfunctions are, and how often people feel underserved by one-size-fits-all solutions.
I support clients transitioning from rehab-based movement into a well-rounded exercise program that builds strength, good habits and overall confidence. By taking a multi-modality approach integrating yoga, Pilates, rehabilitative exercises, and nervous system regulation, we support your body’s natural balance so you can build strength, confidence, and gain a deep appreciation for your body.
MY MISSIOn
I help students feel their best through personalized yoga sessions offered in the comfort of their own home.
Each class is thoughtfully designed around your goals, schedule, and current season of life—so you can stay consistent, build strength, and experience lasting results.
I’d be honored to support you on your journey.

Cassie has so much knowledge and is so motivating. She made me feel like I could really get back to where I was and helped me regain confidence in myself but also not be hard on myself in this new chapter in my life. She is full of grace and kindness and I could not be more thankful for everything she did for me. I highly recommend her for anyone who just had a baby and wants to get back to feeling good physically and mentally.

A few fun facts about me…
I cook 90% of my families meals from scratch including homemade sourdough bread.
I am a minimalist in most areas of my life. I don’t think i’ve even owned more than 8-9 pairs of shoes (who needs them when your “work attire” is barefoot!)
My baby girl, Anika, came swooping into this world- almost quite literately after a 4-hour unmedicated birth (We saw Top Gun Maverick the night before so I think he inspired her).
My husband and I met teaching Yoga. He’s a yoga teacher too!
I’m an introvert. I love teaching group classes and going out to events but I feel truly re-energized when I have some time alone to myself.
I first learned about yoga by stealing my moms Rodney Yee VCR’s when I was 12. She took me with her to yoga classes soon after and I loved the practice right away. It wasn’t until college after pursuing dance, that I rediscovered my love of yoga.
