I teach yoga + pilates classes that combine strength training and restorative practices like meditation and myofascial release. I believe this balanced approach to movement is key to feeling and looking your best long-term.

With over a decade of teaching experience, I have worked with students healing injuries, living with chronic illness, busy moms, preparing for childbirth, yoga skeptics and dedicated yogis looking to take their practice to the next level.
